Ekkehardt Schlottbohm
RVP, Central & Northern Europe

Ekkehardt Schlottbohm, RVP, Central & Northern Europe, has been responsible for PubMatic’s Central European business since May 2019. Schlottbohm, who is based in PubMatic’s Hamburg office and supports the teams in Munich and Berlin, uses his extensive know-how to drive the acceptance of PubMatic’s mobile and video solutions in the key German market. In addition, the business economist is expanding further Central European business in Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Poland.

Ekkehardt Schlottbohm has more than 12 years of experience in the digital world, including the buying side and programmatic advertising in video, native and contextual. His career stages include Group M, where Ekkehardt was most recently Managing Partner Sales, as well as Plista and Smartclip.

Frederic Liow
SVP, Revenue Growth & Strategy

A veteran in the digital advertising industry, he began his career during the early days of the dotcom era. Spanning across twenty years of his digital career, he has worked for leading companies like Nielsen, MRM McCann, Omnicom Media Group, Millward Brown and Smaato. Currently, Frederic is the revenue officer for AlgoriX spearheading global revenue growth, business expansion and strategic partnerships. He has set up and built AlgoriX’s global mobile ad exchange, hiring talents, establishing best practices, and injecting global industry standards into the company. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Demand for Smaato, overseeing the demand business and operations in APAC.

Gosia Kmieciak
Country Manager CEE

Gosia Kmieciak – Based in Warsaw, Gosia is responsible for managing Smart’s business and sales operations in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). She oversees the planning, development and implementation of Smart’s sales strategy across the region. Gosia joined Smart in February 2018 and has over 13 years of experience in diverse sales environments, including Google and other independent adtech companies, where she was consulting on ad technology and digital solutions for key media agencies and direct clients.

Yaniv Rozencweig
Global Programmatic Director

Yaniv began his adtech career as Account Manager at the leading data-driven mobile SSP and exchange Mobfox. His interest in dynamic technologies, passion for people, and background in business management saw him quickly work his way up to lead the company’s programmatic team. He left Mobfox to join Anzu in September 2020 as Global Programmatic Director, excited by the company’s vision to bring programmatic advertising in-game. He now oversees the company’s programmatic offering, working closely with some of the industry’s top players and demand-side platforms to help them capitalize on the huge opportunity that blended in-game ads present.

Julia Smith

Julia Smith founded The Digital Voice in 2012 and specialises in digital communications, PR, event content creation, press distribution, thought leadership, industry event creation and moderation, awards writing, digital PR strategy and event experiences. She has expert knowledge in PR, communications and event content creation for adtech and martech companies. In her role as Founder and Managing Director of The Digital Voice, she manages a team that delivers PR, communications and showcase experiences for long-term clients Impact, White Bullet, Covatic, Inskin Media, Brand Metrics, Adverty, Cavai, Adnami, Admixer, Audience Store & tmwi; plus virtual experience clients of IAA, Magnite, Glamour Magazine, BloomFest and Captify.

In 2016, she was voted by the industry as being in the top 5 Digital Trading Leaders 2016 at The Drum Digital Trading Awards. Most recently, she was nominated for Global Ad Tech Personality of the Year at The Wires 2020 and SheHasNoLimits Community Maker 2020 award.

I have 14+ of experience in adtech working with AOL, Inmobi, Unruly, etc. I have hands on experience in building programmatic platform from scratch and scaling and steering it to a successful exit. I am now responsible for establishing, nurturing and growing programmatic demand partnerships for Unruly in EMEA and APAC.

With over ten years of experience in online advertising, Yaroslav has been an instrumental member of the Admixer team since its very beginnings. He spent five years building the business’s publisher-side operations before shifting his focus to the programmatic ecosystem in 2016.

He is responsible for the growth of Admixer’s demand and supply-side offering, ad-serving solutions, and developing comprehensive user-friendly services for customers across the industry.

Founder and CEO

Alp Ayhan has a history in online media with editorial, marketing and advertising roles at various international companies including Discovery Networks. After working at media agencies including a three-year period at OMD Turkey as head of programmatic, Alp is now busy running his own DOOH ad tech company Awarion, while also being a consultant for Verve Group in the DOOH space.

Stevan Randjelovic
Director, Brand Safety and Digital Risk, EMEA

Stevan started his career in Brussels where he worked as a lobbyist on many legislative proposals such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ePrivacy Regulation, IP infringement, childhood obesity and many more. He joined GroupM EMEA in 2017 where he leads the brand safety practice for the region and the UK. He is developing processes and governance for big brands to avoid and mitigate risk online due to illegal, harmful and illicit content, advertising fraud, works with social platforms and premium publishers to address user and brand safety, provides intelligence to the business on the practical impact of existing and future legislation, and influences industry agenda by building alliances on multiple business and regulatory challenges.

Stevan is a board member of the IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework, represents GroupM in the Media Agency Council of the European Association of Communications Agencies and in the Counscious Advertising Network, co-chairs the Brand Safety Working group at the Trustworthy Accountability Group, inter alia.

Business Development & Technology Director at Metric DS – part of Ogilvy Group Bulgaria. Leading all  programmatic operations on group level, while responsible for new product development. 10+ years of experience with digital media as publisher, ad operations specialist, planner and buyer, agency operations.

Elena Podshuveit

Elena has more than 15 years of experience in managing digital projects. From 2016 she is responsible for the Admixer SaaS product line.

Elena’s portfolio includes successful startups, projects for top advertisers (Philips, Nestle, Ferrero Rocher, Kimberly-Clark, Danone, Sanofi), SaaS solutions, launches of online portals, and mobile applications.

Elena consulted large publishing houses on the digitalization and monetization of their assets. Since 2012, she is a mentor in the startup accelerator Eastlabs (Ukraine), and also take part in the Sampo Accelerator program (Finland).

Dmitri Kazanski
Head of Product for North America

Dmitri is the Head of Product for North America at MGID. He brings a rich leadership background spanning 21+ years in the AdTech space. Dmitri’s experience touches the entire breadth of the LumaScape, including publishers, programmatic media buyers, data providers, and SSPs/exchanges. 

Grounded in an advanced engineering degree, business degree, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile training, Dmitri has led teams to release groundbreaking products that were considered ahead of their time: native advertising in 2005, dynamic messaging in 2006, header bidding in 2012, continuous score bidding in 2016.

He is particularly passionate about applying predictive modeling and machine learning to resolve the inefficiencies of the ad tech ecosystem.

George Tokarenko

George has been working in ad tech through 6+ years, involved with the whole supply chain – ad serving solutions, direct and programmatic publishers, ad exchanges, covering both biz dev and tech parts, further focusing on the latter.
Right now George is working as a supply ad operations team lead at Admixer, managing an ad ops team and making sure that Admixer demand partners are receiving the most relevant traffic which complies with company quality KPIs.

Anders Lithner is CEO at Brand Metrics. An innovator in the media industry, Anders has been building and managing successful enterprises since the turn of the millennium. His approach is rooted in academic research, and when paired with his passion for innovation, he is able to transform data and research into actionable business outcomes for partners and clients across the world. A long time entrepreneur in the global insights space, Anders’ background in media research enables him to address the true value of advertising, and to ensure maximum digital media effectiveness for clients.
